醫院入口處，請攜帶有效身份證件、護照等，并主動出示健康碼、行程碼。所有進入人員需全程佩戴口罩（禁止佩戴有呼吸閥的口罩），測體溫、查驗 “健康碼”和“行程碼”，配合醫院工作人員詢問旅居史、接觸史、癥狀等。沒有智能手機的患者會有工作人員幫助指導填寫流行病學調查表。

按照相關防控要求，以下人員進入院區時，預檢臺工作人員將引導您到隔離點，并撥打相關電話閉環轉運，請予配合。

1）體溫≥37.3℃；

2）干咳、乏力、嗅覺味覺減退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、結膜炎、肌痛、腹瀉 ;

3）兩周內曾經途經中高風險地區，或有中高風險地區旅行、居住史，或家屬有中高風險接觸史；

4）2周內曾經接觸過疑似或確診患者；

5）2周內密切接觸中高風險以外地區的有發熱、干咳、乏力、感冒等癥狀的患者，現在自身有類似癥狀；

6）身邊人有聚集性發病，或與新型冠狀病毒感染者有流行病學關聯；

疫情防控期間，請各位患者保持1米間距有序排隊，就診時做到“一人一診室”。

患者需提供48小時內核酸陰性檢測報告，方可入院。

疫情防控期間，為了患者的健康和安全，禁止探訪，鼓勵使用視頻訪視方式。我院實施非必要不陪護，住院患者確需陪護的，僅安排 1名固定陪護人員（并提供48小時內核酸陰性檢測報告），陪護人員不得在不同病區隨意活動。

陪護人員需在病區前臺憑48小時內核酸檢測陰性報告、本人身份證（護照）、健康碼、行程碼及完成體溫檢測，在病區前臺完成登記后領取陪護卡，方可進入住院部所在病房。

沒有完成新冠疫苗全程接種的市民盡快前往接種點完成疫苗接種。

非必須不離哈，不去中高風險地區旅游、出差。

繼續加強自我防護：要繼續堅持佩戴口罩、保持社交距離、注意個人衛生；牢記“防護五還要”：牢記口罩還要戴，社交距離還要留，咳嗽噴嚏還要遮，雙手還要經常洗，窗戶還要盡量開。

Please bring along a valid identity card or passport, and show your Health Code and Travel Code at the hospital entrance. All individuals entering the hospital are required to wear a mask at all times (please do not use masks with expiratory valves), show their “Health Code” and “Travel Code", and cooperate with a COVID related screening questionnaires. Patients without a smart phone will be guided to fill out the COVID related screening questionnaires by a hospital staff.

In accordance to the government’s regulation, if you presented with below symptoms, you will be guided to a quarantine station, an ambulance will then be called to transport you to the nearest medical facility with a fever clinic. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! 

1) Body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃; 

2) Dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea; 

3) Have passed through medium and high-risk areas within two weeks, or have travel and residence history in medium and high-risk areas, or have family members with medium and high-risk contact history; 

4) Contact with suspected or confirmed patients within 2 weeks; 

5) In last 2 weeks, close contact with patients with fever, dry cough, fatigue, cold and other symptoms outside medium and high risk areas now have similar symptoms;

6) have been linked to clusters of disease outbreaks or have an epidemiological connection with those infected by New Coronavirus.

The hospital is currently operating under a strict appointment system.

A pandemic-related survey will be given during your visit/stay. We would appreciate it if you can cooperate with us in answering all questions truthfully and accurately.

Please maintain a social distance of at least one meter between individuals in the hospital.

Patients are required to submit a negative COVID nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before they are allowed to be admitted  into the hospital.

Hospital visits are currently no longer allowed for preventive health and safety reasons. Family members accompanying patients as companions are also discouraged unless it is absolutely necessary. Only one companion is allowed for patients who requires such assistance (a valid negative COVID nucleic acid test report within 48 hours of admission is required for the companion).

The companions are required to present their personal ID’s or passports, Health Codes and Travel Codes with body temperature checks, and complete the registration forms in order to gain the caregiver certificates for inpatient ward access.

Those who have not completed their COVID-19 vaccinations are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

Traveling outside of your city of residence is discouraged, do not travel to medium- or high-risk areas.

Avoid gathering in large crowds.

Continue exercising with high level of precaution: always wear your mask, maintain a safe distance from others, pay attention to personal hygiene; remind yourself of  the“five must of protections”—keep your mask on, social distance, cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, wash your hands frequently, and keep the windows open for ventilation.
